Are you stressed at work? Take control of stress, instead of being controlled by it. Participate in a confidential research study of a Work Stress program at Shands Hospital. The program will help you become aware of your responses to stressors, stop struggling to change what you cannot and focus on what you can control, and learn practical skills to approach and respond to stressful situations effectively.
