Under the direction
of Culinary Institute of America trained Chef Steve Williams, serves
gourmet American-Regional cuisine combining classical French cooking
with various culinary arts and food of the U.S. The name for the restaurant
recognizes menu contributions from both sides of the Atlantic and in
a nod to Bogey fans, acknowledges a fictional cafe from the 1940s -
an era that still exists in part of the building.
